Our standard permanent and electromagnetic Sheet Fanners and Separators are designed to separate steel sheet stock. As sheets are placed against the sheet fanner, the powerful magnetic field automatically forces the sheets apart and separates them from one another. Manually prying apart sticky, oily sheets is no longer necessary and die damaging double blanking problems are eliminated. The flexible mounting design gives you more options to match your application needs. Use the handle and base plate for portable applications or use the tapped holes to bolt the fanner to your equipment or tooling. Note: Choose a fanner with a height 2-3 inches taller than your maximum stack height. These magnetic sheets are tough and durable, great for creating removable signs to use on vehicles or other metal surfaces. They are smooth, pliant, non-porous, highly magnetic, and weather-resistant. The sheets contain no plasticizers which may cause problems with painted surfaces, but it is recommended that both the sign and the underlying surface be washed and dried weekly.

The material can be easily cut with scissors,cut with a trimming knife, die cut or sliced with a roller cutter. It is ideal for vehicle signs,point of sale displays,exhibitions,location markers and general displays. Can also be attached to the underside of a box or container etc which needs to remain still on a magnetic surface.
